Revive Skin Tribe VIP Membership

For the duration of your 12-month Revive Skin Tribe VIP Membership,
you will receive: 

  • 10% off skin services (including Aerolase laser treatments)

  • 10% off retail purchases

  • Dysport at $3.75/unit, Xeomin at $10/unit , Jeuveau at $11/unit

  • Bi-annual chemical peel treatments for $125/each (normally $300/each)

  • Complimentary choice of one per month: Dermaplaning, Signature Facial, Dermasweep treatment, or LED light therapy session

  • 1 free Lip Flip after signup

  • $50 off all fillers

  • Annual Revive & Reset Facial treatment that includes Aerolase laser treatment + Skinwave Facial

  • Receive PRP as an add-on service for $200 (normally $350)

  • Priority scheduling

  • Exclusive access to events & promos

  • First access to model call for trainings & new products

  • Reduced model fee

Revive Elite Membership

For the duration of your 12-month Revive Elite Membership,
you will receive: 

  • 15% off skin services (including Aerolase laser treatments)

  • 15% off retail purchases

  • Dysport at $3.50/unit, Xeomin at $9/unit , Jeuveau at $10/unit

  • Bi-annual chemical peel treatments FREE

  • Complimentary choice of one per month: Monthly facial OR advanced laser treatment

  • 50 FREE units of Dysport after signup

  • Receive PRP as an add-on service for $200 (normally $350)

  • $100 off all fillers

  • 20% off laser hair removal

  • 20% off lipolysis fat-melting laser

  • Total of 15% off all treatments during your birthday week

  • Priority scheduling

  • Exclusive access to events & promos

  • First access to model call for trainings & new products

  • Reduced model fee

How it works

Our Revive Skin Tribe VIP membership is $155 per month, and our Revive Elite membership is $299 per month. Memberships are available for a 12-month commitment. Payments will be automatically charged to your card on file once per month for a total of 12 months.
